Lauren Bobowski of Lala Jewelry has been an artist since the day she could hold a crayon. From painting and drawing at a very early age, working for a silver smith in high school, her education as a painter at Montserrat College of art, apprenticing with Master Jeweler Ali Athari of Incline Village, to owner and creator of Lala Jewelry, Lauren's passion to create has been a common thread in every phase of her life.

Lauren's work consists of traditional styles such as name necklaces and bracelets, initial jewelry, and her most popular design the "Two Lovers™" collection, which consists of two custom initials separated by a heart. Her passion for yoga has also inspired a line of lotus and chakra jewelry. Her love of nature, science and travel are also reflected in her work.

Lauren's medium consists of sterling silver, 14k gold and 14k gold filled wire as well as semi precious stones in a rainbow of stunning colors. Her classical art training has influenced her use of color and sculptural detail. "I use the wire as if it were the line of a pencil, drawing my ideas in three dimensions."
